As of April 22, 2025, coffee prices in Vietnam’s Central Highlands continue to remain stable, with the average purchase price at 129,600 VND/kg. On the international stage, Robusta prices held firm on the London exchange, while Arabica saw a slight decline on the New York market.

Domestic Coffee Prices in Vietnam – April 22 Update

According to the latest reports, domestic coffee prices in the Central Highlands are unchanged compared to the previous session:

  • Dak Lak: 129,700 VND/kg

  • Gia Lai: 129,500 VND/kg

  • Dak Nong: 129,700 VND/kg

  • Lam Đong: 129,000 VND/kg

Over the past week, domestic prices surged by 4,500 – 5,300 VND/kg, reflecting strong demand and positive sentiment in the market.

Global Coffee Prices – April 22 Snapshot

On international markets, Robusta prices remained steady, while Arabica showed a mild pullback:

  • Robusta (London, May 2025): $5,253/ton – unchanged from the previous session.

  • Arabica (New York, May 2025): 364.55 US cents/lb – down 0.15% or 0.55 cents/lb.

For the past week, both Robusta and Arabica prices increased by 3–5%, marking a strong finish before Easter holiday breaks.

Easter Holidays Slow Down Global Trading

Due to the ongoing Easter holiday in major coffee-consuming countries, the London coffee exchange is closed through Monday. The New York market is also closed today and will reopen for a half-day on Monday.
