  • Cleaning Process: The coffee beans are first cleaned to remove impurities (stones, twigs, fruit skins left after milling). Then, they are processed through color sorting machines to remove black beans, which are typically smaller due to being harvested prematurely or absorbing water during drying. Finally, the beans are sieved and bagged.
