Our arabica freeze dried instant coffee is made from 100% arabica sourced in Vietnam’s highlands, and it is the most aromatic instant coffee we produce. Brands choose it for premium jars, specialty-style instant lines and markets where shoppers expect the taste of arabica rather than the strength of robusta.
Arabica’s aroma compounds are easily lost to heat. Freeze drying removes water at low temperature under vacuum, so more of that aroma survives, and the cup tastes closer to freshly brewed coffee than spray dried powder does.

Is Arabica Freeze Dried Instant Coffee Right for Your Brand?
Choose it when aroma and a clean black cup are your selling points and your price position supports 100% arabica. It is a weaker fit for milk-heavy, sweetened or 3-in-1 products, where arabica’s delicate profile gets lost and robusta delivers more strength for the money.
Markets used to bold robusta may read the citrus acidity as sour, so we suggest testing it side by side with our robusta and blend granules before a full launch.
Processing & Quality Control
Our arabica freeze dried instant coffee starts with highland arabica that is roasted and extracted. The concentrated extract is then frozen, broken into granules and dried under vacuum. Because the ice turns straight to vapor (sublimation), the granules keep their shape and much of their aroma; GEA’s overview of instant coffee process technologies notes that freeze drying preserves the desirable qualities of the extract.
Every batch is checked for color, moisture and taste before packing, under our ISO 22000:2018 and HACCP food safety systems. Pre-shipment samples and third-party inspection (such as SGS) are available on request, and a COA accompanies each shipment.
Packing, Shipping & Ordering
- MOQ: from 1 MT for bulk trial orders. Private label minimums depend on the pack format and printed packaging; we confirm them in your quote.
- Container load: about 6 MT per 20 ft and 12 MT per 40 ft in 25 kg packs. Instant coffee is light and bulky, so containers fill by volume before weight.
- Lead time: about 15–20 working days for bulk; about 20–30 days after artwork approval for private label (first orders that need new printing cylinders take longer).
- Terms: FOB Ho Chi Minh City (Cat Lai port) as standard; CFR/CIF on request. Payment by T/T deposit with the balance before B/L release, or L/C at sight; other terms case by case for established buyers.
- Documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, COA and health certificate.
- Samples: free for qualified buyers, 200–500 g per SKU for lab and panel tests. We reply to every quote request within 24 hours.

Is it 100% arabica?
Yes. This arabica freeze dried instant coffee contains only arabica coffee from Vietnam’s highlands, with no robusta, fillers or additives. If you want more body or a lower cost per cup, ask about our freeze dried blend, where you set the arabica-to-robusta ratio.
How does it taste compared with robusta instant coffee?
Brighter and cleaner, with a citrus-fruit aroma, lighter body, less bitterness and a gentle sour finish. Robusta instant is stronger, more bitter and chocolate-toned, and it holds up better with milk and sugar.
Does it dissolve in cold water?
Yes. The granules dissolve in cold water with stirring, which suits iced coffee, cold coffee drinks and ready-to-mix products. They dissolve faster in hot water, so check the cold-water preparation time during your sample tests.
