The price of Robusta coffee last week decreased, not increased, the declines were quite strong, causing the price on the derivatives floor to decrease by $ 55. This data led to an incessant sell-off in coffee prices, forcing coffee prices down steadily.
Arabica is at a 13-month low and there is no sign yet. The signal is bullish even though the price has been in the oversold zone for a long time. Technical analysis shows that the data still has bearish momentum.
The price is expected to fall further in the short term and find support in the 185-187 range, however, the possibility of a quick correction and technical recovery is not excluded as the price entered the oversold zone very early.
