Description
Vietnam’s best-known Arabica terroir
Cau Dat, on the plateau south-east of Da Lat, has grown Arabica since the French colonial era. Cool nights and high altitude slow cherry ripening and build sweetness and acidity. Our Cau Dat lot is washed, screen 16+ and roasted medium-light to keep its floral character.
This is the coffee to show customers who think Vietnam only grows Robusta.
