Coffee professionals including roasters, importers/exporters, quality managers, baristas, and anyone seeking the SCA Q-Grader credential. Prior cupping experience is recommended but not mandatory.
❓ How do I qualify for the $1,000 partner price?
Any existing Helena Coffee customer qualifies — regardless of purchase volume. Simply indicate your company name and purchase history in the registration form. Only 5 scholarship seats are available.
❓ What happens if I don’t pass the exam?
The course fee includes 2 exam attempts per module (initial + one retake). If you need additional retakes beyond that, a separate retake fee applies — details will be provided before the course.
❓ What’s included vs. not included?
Included: All training, SCA workbooks, exam fees (2 attempts), practice beans, welcome kit, tea breaks, and farm tour.
Not included: Accommodation, meals, and travel to Buon Ma Thuot. We’ll gladly recommend nearby hotels.
❓ What is the cancellation policy?
If the course doesn’t reach 8 participants, it may be rescheduled. Full refund applies if cancelled by the organizer. Student cancellations: refundable up to 14 days before the course.
